As a person who helps people do exactly this — permanently clear expensive personal blocks (which they are not always fully aware of) so they can perform better — stretching to my next level is also my core focus. And I use the same method I offer to them: my healing process, culled from 15 years of experience and a few key methods. I also have regular healing work done from other healers and strongly believe all healers should receive regular healing work from others, since we often are blind to our biggest limitations.
Currently, my personal focus is on clearing limitations around receiving support (esp. accepting it graciously and FEELING supported!) The next issue will be clearing my fear of hurting others, which has been a subconscious excuse for not sharing my more powerful work.
Isn’t life a fascinating journey? Thanks for your insightful videos, Mel!!
